My mommy board needs two things- a couple advertisers to get the ball rolling, and some products for contests and raffles.  If you're looking to do a giveaway, I'm willing to offer an advertising package in return.  We have SEVERAL advertising options, and our forum appeals to a ton of different type of ladies, so anything is welcome. 

We have almost 1000 members, and we will also promote you in a mass e-mail, regardless of the advertising package chosen.

Ok finally got all my little ducks in a row.  Here's what we're offering in return for your gifts:

One year, free forum sponsorship advertising package- no rotation - $50.00 value.  We will choose the forum that we feel will get your business the most attention, and place your banner ad in the top of every page of that forum.  This is a 486x60 ad spot.

One year, free main forum listing advertising package- always on rotation  - $300.00 value.  This is a 150x75 ad spot.

One mass e-mailing to all members with information about your business, and requesting that they visit.  Mailings go out to 954 members.  One time mailing is a $50.00 value.  Any information, any size ad, you write, we send. 

AND- we'll advertise the heck out of you while we are getting ready to do the giveaway on the forums. 

We're going to do it in contest form, with placed winners getting to choose their own gift from the list available to us.  Value of your gifting is unimportant to us, we just appreciate your participation!

  We're offering ALL to everyone who participates.  We want to see what's the best response, so we're hoping to hear from you guys here and there about the response you're getting from us.  What we're trying to do is beef up the advertising a bit, so we can get others interested in participating.  I'm sure you know, where there is no one else, it's hard to get the ball rolling.  I thought it would be fun to create another page on the main website where we mention you all again, say that you were all advertisers and sponsored a giveaway, maybe if anyone was interested provide a testimonial of response, and get a little more interest in our offerings.  We've been online a little over two years, but all my attention has been focused on my other businesses, and home stuff.  This mommy board thing literally just fell in my lap, so I never really treated it like a business, but now we're there, and I need to get this ball rolling!!

There are VERY few business owners there.  Me, and maybe 2 or 3 others that I know of off the top of my head that are active members.  I know there are several that would benefit from website owners in the mass mailing information, but probably not the actual forum giveaway.  I don't mind advertising both for you though.  I'm letting you all write your own mass mailings, so you can advertise anything there. 

Keep in mind again, we're uncensored, so feel free to be as colorful as you wish

I think I'll do the cupcake thank you cards for the giveaway and maybe a newsletter or banner ad. Whatever works best.
