1) No purchase necessary to enter the My SEO GAl Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.
2) Who Can Participate: Any legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older at the time of entry. You must have an online website business to enter. Only one registrant per business is accepted. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
3) Who Is Not Eligible To Participate: Employees and their immediate families (parents, brothers, sisters and children) of, subsidiaries and affiliated businesses and their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.
4) How to Enter: To join My SEO GAL Best Dressed Website Contest, take a a minute to complete the Online Registration Form. Only one registration per business is accepted; duplicate registrations for a business are eliminated. Consumers can vote for your website by clicking on your Vote For Me graphic on your website.
5) Sweepstakes Dates: My SEO Gal Best Dressed Website Contest will begin on November 3, 2008 and ends December 31,2008. Subsequent My SEO Gal contest may be continued in the year 2009 and beyond. There may be a carry-over of sweepstakes entries from one sweepstakes period to the next, if there is not at least 30 entries per Sweepstakes. My SEO Gal may conclude the sweepstakes program at any time.
6) Prizes: The winner of the Best Dressed Website Contest will eligible to receive up to 20 hours of Search Engine Optimization Services for his/her website. This offer only includes work performed on keywords, meta tags and meta titles. The 20 hours may not include your whole website. Twenty hours of work may only cover some of your website. The 2nd prize winner will receive $100.00.
7) Prize Drawings: Winners will be selected based on how many votes a website receives from consumers. Votes can come from posting a Vote For Me button on your site. Voters will have to enter in your website in order for their vote to be counted. The votes will bebased on entries obtained via our registration form. The prize drawing for the sweepstakes will end by the end of that month and held by the 10th of the next month (January 2009).
8) Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via e-mail within 48 hours of the prize drawing. Winners will be required to respond to the e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If no response is obtained from the winner in 3 days, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. My SEO Gal decisions about winners are final.
9) Limits of Liability: My SEO Gal.Com has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. MY SEO GAL does not guarantee top rank placement with any search engine company. My SEO Gal.Com assumes no liability for lost or misdirected registration forms or survey submissions whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise. My SEO Gal.Com reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes at any time if the MY SEO Gal.Com website is infected by a virus, the website is hacked or the integrity of the sweepstakes is compromised in any way. My SEO GAL.Com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software, or for failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by My SEO GAL.Com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10) Change to Rules: These Official Contest Rules are subject to change each month that the sweepstakes is conducted. Participants should review the Official Contest Rules each month.
11. Winner Publicity: My SEO GAL.Com may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, and location (city/state) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide to show on www.myseogal.com. However, My SEO Gal.Com stands by its commitments of confidentiality related to winners identity.
12. Disputes: Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within Ohio; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ohio.
13. Winners List: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Paw Prints Shop, Inc., 3323 E.Scarborough Rd. Cleveland Hts., Ohio 44118. Requests received after one month following the drawing date will not be fulfilled. The winner will also be published online, by including the person's first name, last initial, city and state the person is from.
